Gareth Williams has
been involved in event catering for 15 years. That time
includes work at 30+ Formula One Grands Prix, 60+ World
Rally Championship events, many Porsche Super Cup, WSPC
(World Sports Car Prototype Championship) and BTCC (British
Touring Car Championship) races, and European golf events.
Others in the Williams Hospitality Ltd team have
similar resumes. Gareth also draws expertise from other
areas.
Gareth has worked in
hotels and restaurants, often managing functions (e.g.,
Weddings, Christmas parties etc) for up to 500 people.
He has also completed consulting work. One contract
included establishing seven separate restaurants for
a large property development.
Gareth's passion for
food, travel and extreme sports are reflected in the
direction and energy of Williams Hospitality.
